Jim, Melinda, Brian, Drew & the crew absolutely knocked it out of the park for my Dad's ranch sign. I drew up the design and they talked me through the process through some brief emails. I needed to make some small changes for their machine to correctly make the lettering have the proper bridges and they took the liberty of taking care of it for me!I'm definitely going to keep sending them my work for my own special projects. If I lived in Nevada, I'd love to work with that team! Customer service is very rare these days and this team figured it out. Thanks SendCutSend!
